If you would like to return your Heatworks product(s) that you purchased directly from our website for a refund, you need to do so within 14 days from the ship date. No refunds will be processed outside of the 14-day return window. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all returned products must be wrapped and packaged securely to avoid shipping damage.
If your purchase was not made directly through www.myheatworks.com, please check with the distributor you purchased the water heater from in order to adhere to their return policy.
Please return products purchased from Heatworks directly, complete the following steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team to receive a return authorization form for the product. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number issued by Heatworks. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
- Package the item(s) to be returned in original Heatworks packaging. Products must be wrapped and packaged securely to avoid shipping damage.
- A refund will not be processed without Heatworks first receiving and inspecting the returned product.
